The problem

Each domain has its own quirks, but the underlying engine is the same: observe interactions, classify intent, advance state, follow up autonomously.

Pure-digital SaaS misses half the workflow. Pure-offline operations can't scale. Phiphygital sits on the seam — and uses AI to make the physical half disappear from the operator's to-do list.

We build the shared core — Hermes, the marketplace and transaction-room primitives, and channel-capture infrastructure — a single time. Then each vertical is its own brand and its own P&L, so SEO, sales motion, and pricing fit the domain.

New verticals cost weeks, not months, because Hermes already knows how to listen, classify, and act. We're just teaching it new vocabulary and new state machines.
